Request Repair Or Replace JBL Go 3 After Unexpected Charging Failure

I purchased a JBL Go 3 Bluetooth speaker about a year ago from MediaMarkt for approximately 1,500 TL. For about one year I used the product without any problems, but for the last month the device has not been charging at all. There has been no water contact, no falling and no physical damage to the speaker. Despite this, the device suddenly stopped charging and became unusable. When I contacted the authorized service Aytek Beşiktaş by phone, I was told that the part for this model is no longer produced, that the product cannot be repaired and that I should buy a new device. I find it unacceptable that a product I have used for only about a year becomes unusable and is declared “not repairable” due to lack of spare parts. I request that my JBL Go 3 be repaired free of charge, or if this is not possible, that it be replaced with a new and equivalent product, or that my payment be refunded so that my grievance is resolved.

"Hello, Following my complaint, I received a call from JBL Beşiktaş Service, and I honestly didn’t expect such a quick response. I’d especially like to thank Mr. Emirhan, who called me—he was very attentive. I took the headphones to the Marmara Park MediaMarkt store, explained the issue, and they immediately gave me a new pair. I'm truly grateful to JBL for standing behind their product."
