My LG Washing Machine Became Stained with Rust

About a year and a half ago, I bought an LG washing machine, and I'm not happy with the rust problem it has. Back in 2009, I had a Siemens washing machine that I used for a good 13 years. Surprisingly, I never had any issues with rust on the outside or problems with the motor. When I called the service about the issues with the shock absorbers, they recommended replacing them. They said that after that, the machine could be used for another 10 years and that there were no other problems with it. But when we were looking for a new washing machine, we liked the LG brand the best and ended up buying it. We used it for one and a half years, and it started to get rusty.
We reached out to the official service, and they asked us to send them some photos before they came to the site. They told us that the warranty doesn't cover the problem shown in our photos and suggested reaching out to the call center. The call center told us to use WhatsApp instead of connecting us to someone who could help. We sent some pictures, but the call center and the workshop representative both gave us the same negative response. The person who came to help was really helpful and understanding, but when they called the person in charge, they were told that the rust wasn't covered by the warranty. They were offered replacement parts for 2,500 ₺. While I was installing it, I noticed that the dispenser was rubbing against the housing. I was told that this is a normal thing. But now, once the warranty period is over, it's not okay for white household appliances to have rust without any impacts or scratches. I need a new machine because the one I have is still under warranty.
