Complaint Regarding LG Air Conditioner Service And Support

We purchased an air conditioner from LG Turkey in May 2021, and in May 2024, it malfunctioned with the CH09 error code. We called the authorized service, and they informed us that the EEPROM part needed to be replaced. However, they said the part was not in stock and would be procured. Despite calling 3-4 times a week, we did not receive any response from the headquarters for the first two weeks. After persistent efforts, customer service reached out to the headquarters and informed us that the part would arrive at their warehouse within 10 days. However, after 10 days, the part still hadn't arrived, and when I called again, they were unable to reach the headquarters. After further discussions, they again promised that the part would arrive within 10 days. During this period, I pointed out that the legal repair period of 20 business days had been exceeded. Customer service then suggested that I file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I would like to warn anyone considering purchasing an LG product that if the device malfunctions, you are likely to be inconvenienced. Customer service struggles to reach the headquarters and does not adopt a reasonable or solution-oriented approach. I will be filing complaints with both LG Global and the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
