LG Refused to Cover the Crack on My DFC-425 Dishwasher Door Under Warranty

On May 29, 2024, I purchased an LG DFC-425 dishwasher. A few months later, I noticed a crack on the upper part of the dishwasher door, as shown in the attached images. Despite there being no signs of impact or damage, the crack appeared. I promptly reported the issue to LG customer service, who connected me with an authorized service center. After reviewing the situation and the images I provided via WhatsApp, the technician mentioned, "I’ve worked at LG for a long time, and this is the first time I’ve seen such an issue." However, they still emailed LG headquarters claiming it was a user error not covered by warranty. I only discovered this weeks later after contacting LG myself because I hadn’t received any updates. Had I not followed up, no one would have contacted me. When I discussed the matter in detail with a customer representative, they offered no solution except to state that nothing could be done. I proposed a reasonable solution: "Send a professional LG technician to inspect the machine. If the crack is proven to have been caused by an impact, bending, or any user action, I agree to pay for the repair. Otherwise, I expect LG to resolve the issue under warranty." However, I was told that a technician would not come for inspection unless I paid an additional fee, leaving me stuck with an unresolved problem. As the dishwasher sits idle, the crack has visibly worsened over time, as seen in the attached images. There are no signs of impact or misuse. I have hidden sensitive information from the invoice and the service technician's personal number to comply with privacy rules. I request that this issue be resolved under warranty and that my grievance be addressed promptly.
