Hello, to whom it may concern, I purchased an LG Dishwasher from Trabzon Forum Teknosa, Turkey store on May 7, 2023. Upon delivery, there was a dent on the right side of the product, which the installation service noted and assured that the right side cover would be replaced. However, after approximately 10 months, this part has still not been delivered. Additionally, within the first month, the dishwasher experienced a bE malfunction, which required three service calls to resolve. On March 8, 2024, an IE failure occurred, rendering the machine inoperable. Despite contacting the service and having the device taken to the service center on March 9, 2024, LG headquarters informed me that my machine could not be replaced with a new one as the 20 business days had not yet expired. However, according to the regulations published in the Official Gazette dated November 5, 2020, and numbered 31295, the definition of working days has been redefined, including July 15 as a non-working day. Based on this, I request that my machine, which has exceeded 20 business days in the service for repair, be replaced with a new one. Otherwise, I will proceed to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Please assist me with this matter as soon as possible.
