Misdiagnosed LG Fridge, Warranty Ignored, Food Spoiled!

My LG fridge broke down. The service replaced the mainboard for ₺5600, but the issue remained. When they returned, they stated it was a malfunctioning cooling sensor. However, they couldn't find the part because it was no longer in production. When I contacted LG support, they informed me that the item was in stock. However, even after changing the cooling sensor for ₺2250, the issue continued. Another technician at the same service location indicated that it was not the sensor, but rather a broken compressor. Despite the 10-year motor warranty, they charged ₺3850 for labor fees. The service failed to properly diagnose the problem and proceeded with part replacement. This struggle lasted approximately 3 weeks. Furthermore, the service skipped scheduled appointments without warning, which caused further trouble. I had to wait for the service for a total of 5 days. As a result, I was unable to attend work, and my refrigerator contents ruined three times.
