Expensive Repair for LG Refrigerator gr-m652ysx
My LG refrigerator, model gr-m652ysx, which I have been using for about 11 years without any problems, started making strange sounds (similar to a cricket chirping) for the past 3 months. I contacted the support number, and they directed me to the service center. The technicians who came stated that I had taken good care of my refrigerator, but the main board had burned out. They offered to replace it for 11,800 ₺. Later, they said they reduced the price to 11,200 ₺. Additionally, they charged an additional 300 ₺ for the service. We requested a service receipt, but a week has passed, and it has not been sent. We consulted another technician who identified a problem in the fan motor and, by replacing it for 1,200 ₺, resolved the issue. The replacement of the main board was unnecessary. I regret that the service misjudged the situation and charged us too much.
