LG 10.5 kg Washing Machine: Poor Quality and Lack of Service

It's been four months since I bought the LG 10.5 kg washing machine, and during that time, we've noticed fading colors, shrinkage in clothes, and, most concerningly, stains that look like rust spots on the laundry. We filed a complaint, and the service team inspected the machine, confirming that it works properly and that there is no problem. We requested another service visit after the problem persisted even after we followed their advice to clean the machine with a recommended detergent. They threatened us, implying that we would be charged for the visit. They promised to take the machine for service examination after we repeated our complaints via email, but when they returned, they claimed there were no problems. The machine was returned damaged, and they refused to accept it. They did not document all of the issues we mentioned in the service logs, WhatsApp communications, and LG service team records. LG and its service providers appear to be refusing to accept responsibility, denying the issues, and failing to address them. The washing machine's problems remain unresolved, and during delivery, they manipulated the delivery form to attribute the damage to us, complicating matters even further. Unfortunately, no one in the household could express their concerns because the machine was delivered by male service personnel.
