My LG F4R3VYW3WE ABWPLTK Washing Machine Not Repaired Under Warranty
I bought the LG washing machine model F4R3VYW3WE ABWPLTK on June 30th, 2021. I noticed some bumps on the front surface, so on November 14, 2023, I submitted a service request. But even though I waited for two days and didn't get any notifications, the service still didn't come. After I kept calling, it finally arrived on November 16, 2023. The service took some photos and sent them to LG to start the process.
It had been a week, and since I hadn't received a call, I decided to reach out to the service to ask about the details. Someone told me that LG's response was negative and they said that they can't repair it under warranty. They said you should clean the detergent compartment regularly because using chemical detergent can make it rusty and bulge. Even though other brands don't have these issues, I'm really disappointed that LG, the brand I trusted and spent a lot of money on, is facing this problem. I need the warranty support to fix this problem.
