I have downloaded the LG ThinQ app for my new LG refrigerator on my mobile devices (both Android and iOS), but when I try to log in through the mobile app, it gives an error message saying there is an internal error and won't let me log in. Both devices have the same issue. Unfortunately, the LG support team is completely helpless and has no information about this issue. I am able to log in through the web using my LG account information (username and password) on my laptop. If there is such a problem, you should not sell the product with Wi-Fi support. The LG support team did not even bother to respond to my complaint and simply closed the issue by saying that the app is working and the problem is on my end.
