LG TV Shows Service Errors & Won’t Work Properly
I purchased an LG TV weeks ago, but I still can’t properly use its features. No matter what I try to access, I keep getting service errors saying, "currently unavailable" or just showing an error message.
I contacted LG support, and they told me a software update was in progress—but how can an update take weeks? This is completely unacceptable! If I can’t use the features I paid for, then why did I spend so much money on this TV?
LG, I demand immediate support! The ThinQ app is also giving constant errors, and I still can’t log in. I need this issue fixed now, or I expect a refund or replacement!
