LG Laundry Machine Leaves Unpleasant Odor on Laundry

I purchased an LG washing and drying machine with a 10.5 kg washing and 7 kg drying capacity on June 21, 2023. Thinking that LG is a quality brand, I paid more compared to alternatives. During the sale, they explained the machine's features and praised it, but I encountered a serious problem with an unpleasant odor. Due to the internal components used in the machine, which are claimed to be made of high-quality materials, it emits an unpleasant metallic and plastic smell. After a standard wash and dry, there should be a pleasant scent from the detergent, but instead, the clothes retain an unpleasant odor, consisting of a mixture of plastic and metal. The drying performance is also very low. To complete the wash and dry cycle, one has to wait for hours. The total time for washing and drying is a minimum of 2.5-3 hours. After drying, the clothes come out heavily wrinkled, requiring extensive ironing for hours. Moreover, the dust formed during drying sticks to other clean items and doesn't go away. Even when using items that don't require ironing, they come out of the machine as if they need pressing. I request LG Turkey to address the issues of odor, ironing, and dust, and replace the machine if necessary.
