LG Washing Machine F4V5VGP2T Dryer Fails and Shakes Excessively Without a Solution

Hello, four years ago, I purchased an LG washing machine (F4V5VGP2T(B) 9/6 Kg) from an authorized LG store in Turkey. The model includes washer and dryer functions, an A energy rating, 1400 RPM speed, Steam, AI DD™ (Wi-Fi). In 2023, after the service technician inspected it, I was told there were no issues. However, the dryer does not dry the laundry properly and leaves the clothes wet. Additionally, the machine shakes excessively and makes noise as if it were 100 years old. I have not been able to find a solution to these problems in Turkey. I am now setting up a social media platform called "LG Victims" and plan to share my experience globally. Please address this issue urgently before it escalates further.
