I purchased an LG PC12SQ NSJ model air conditioner on June 9, 2024. The air conditioner was installed by an authorized service on June 13, 2024. On June 20, 2024, I reported an issue with noise coming from the indoor unit by calling 444 6 543. Four days later, on June 24, 2024, the authorized service came for inspection and informed me that the indoor unit motor was faulty and that a replacement would be requested. However, after a month had passed with no update, I called the same number on July 20, 2024, to inquire about the status of the replacement. I was informed that the request for replacement was sent to the head office on June 28, 2024, with the code DA1-Defective within the first 6 months-Indoor unit replacement pending. Despite the passage of time, there was still no response. I called 444 6 543 on July 24, 29, and 30, 2024, to check on the status. Each time, I was told that the replacement approval was still pending. After calling repeatedly, I have been waiting for 34 days for the replacement of the faulty device. The customer representatives at 444 6 543 keep repeating the same thing: "We have sent an urgent message and are waiting." In conclusion, it is worth thinking twice before purchasing LG products.
