LG CordZero Gift Not Delivered After 4 Months and Vacuum Now Shuts Off Randomly

I bought an LG CordZero upright vacuum as part of a campaign that promised extra accessories as a gift. It’s been over 4 months, and I’m still being told, “They’re coming from abroad,” with no real update or delivery. Now they’ve changed their story and claim there was never such a promotion—despite the fact that I still have the official brochure in hand.

To make matters worse, the customer service rep was rude and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. On top of all that, the vacuum has started malfunctioning: the motor revs erratically and then shuts off completely on its own.

It’s been 10 months since I bought the device, and it’s already showing serious performance issues. I'm paying for a product that's both incomplete and unreliable.
