My LG CordZero Mop Head Still Broken After 3 Repairs and Months in Service
I purchased an LG CordZero vacuum cleaner, and it’s been a total disappointment. The mopping head malfunctioned, so I took it to service—not once, but three separate times. Each time, the vacuum was returned with the same issue unresolved.
To make matters worse, the vacuum spent months sitting in service, and I’m starting to feel like they’re deliberately stalling to run out the warranty period. Meanwhile, I’ve been paying monthly installments for a vacuum I haven’t been able to use for months.
At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of. This is not just poor service—it’s a lack of accountability. I do not forgive this kind of treatment, and I’ll be pursuing my rights if this isn’t resolved.
