I Sent My LG CordZero Vacuum for Repair but Still Can’t Use It After 20+ Days

14

I’m extremely frustrated with the after-sales experience for my LG CordZero vacuum cleaner. The motorized head started making loud rattling noises and stopped functioning properly. Since the vacuum is under warranty and I also purchased extra insurance, I sent it in for repair over 20 days ago.

Today, I received a call informing me that I’ll need to wait another 4 weeks because the product is “still under repair.” What exactly has been done in the past three weeks? I wasn’t updated once until now. I asked if they could replace it instead to avoid further inconvenience, but I was told, “No, we can’t.”

So now I’m facing a total wait time of 6 weeks with no working vacuum in the meantime, despite owning a high-end product with both warranty and insurance coverage. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable from a brand like LG.
