I Regret Buying the LG CordZero A9—Battery Dies in 8 Minutes on Turbo Mode

I purchased an LG CordZero A9 cordless vacuum from Migros LG Store on October 1, 2023, and it was delivered on October 4. Right from the start, the product has been a huge letdown. When used in Turbo mode, the battery lasts only 8–10 minutes, and the suction power is underwhelming even during that short time.
I tried to return the product, but got stuck in an endless blame loop. The store told me to call LG’s main support line (444 65 43), while LG support insisted that the store should process returns. I went back and forth multiple times, only to be met with dismissive responses like “we’ll note it down” or “a supervisor will call you”—but no one ever did.
Eventually, they concluded that the unit isn’t defective, without even checking the battery in person. How do they determine that remotely? What’s the point of advertising Turbo mode if it barely lasts 8 minutes? That defeats the entire purpose of a cordless vacuum.
