LG 75QNED70A6A TV Payment Failed Then Price Jumped Within Minutes

Today I wanted to purchase an LG 75QNED70A6A 75" 4K Ultra HD Smart QNED TV from Hepsiburada using my own Yapı Kredi credit card. At the moment I proceeded to payment, the price of the product was clearly ₺37,000, and I even bought a wall mount out of excitement, planning to use this TV at home. The moment I clicked the payment button, the page suddenly disappeared, the payment was not completed and I did not receive any error message, SMS or e‑mail. When I checked my orders, there was no TV order created at all. I also checked my credit card movements and saw no pre‑authorization, withdrawal or refund record related to this attempt. Just a few minutes later, when I revisited the product page, I saw that the price of the same TV had been increased to ₺62,000 which was truly shocking. I find it seriously unacceptable and trust‑damaging that while I was trying to buy this product for ₺37,000, the system did not allow the payment to go through without any explanation, and right afterwards the price was raised so steeply. As a good‑faith customer from Bitlis, I clearly feel that I have been victimized and my excitement about buying a new TV has been turned into disappointment and a complete loss of trust. I demand that my attempt to purchase the LG 75QNED70A6A TV at the moment I proceeded to the payment step be honored and that the product be sold to me at the ₺37,000 price that was valid at that time. Until this product is offered to me at the same price and this unjust situation is rectified, I do not intend to purchase either from Hepsiburada or LG. I expect a clear and detailed explanation as to why my payment was not completed and why the price increased so drastically within minutes, and I request that this grievance be resolved urgently by allowing me to buy the product at the original price and restoring my trust as a customer.
