I spent a lot of money on the LG 75" UHD 4K TV, expecting a fantastic experience, especially when watching sports. However, much to my chagrin, the TV lacks the Bein Connect app! It sounds like a joke: you pay a substantial fee, yet the program is missing. What makes it even more aggravating is that it is present on older models, which raises severe issues. Even after contacting customer service, no suitable explanation or remedy appears to be supplied. It's insane that such a high-end TV lacks a critical application like Bein Connect, jeopardizing the entire viewing experience.
