I own an LG 55UF7787 Smart TV, and recently, the Bein Connect app stopped working. I discovered that the service has switched to the new TOD app, but unfortunately, this app is not available in the LG Content Store.
No matter what I try, I cannot download or install it, making it impossible to access my subscription. Why hasn’t LG provided an update to support this new platform? This is extremely frustrating for customers who rely on these apps.
LG, I demand an immediate solution! Either add TOD to the app store or release a software update to make it compatible. If Smart TVs don’t support major streaming apps, then what’s the point of calling them "Smart"?
