I’ve been using the LG 43UF7787 TV since 2015, and up until recently, I had no major issues. I was able to stream content using Bein Connect for years. However, now the app is no longer accessible, and worse, the newer platforms like TOD and Tabii can’t even be installed because they’re not available in the app store for my model.
While I understand that the TV is from 2015, I expect more from a brand like LG, especially when the device itself is still functioning perfectly. Cutting off app support and leaving loyal customers without access to essential streaming services is deeply disappointing.
LG, you must provide a solution—whether it's through firmware updates, app compatibility support, or an alternative method to install these platforms. I shouldn't have to buy a new TV just because the software is no longer supported. Please resolve this issue immediately.
