LG 65NANO80 NanoCell TV Extremely Slow Menu Performance Issue

I purchased an LG 65NANO80 NanoCell 65-inch TV around six months ago from Argos in Maidstone (trading estate branch), and from the first day I have been extremely disappointed with its performance, especially considering the price I paid and LG’s reputation. The main problem is that the TV menu takes an unreasonably long time to load every single time I use it. It is so slow that by the time the menu finally appears, I often lose track of what I was trying to do and simply give up and switch to my Xbox instead. I can accept that app loading times such as YouTube are not perfect, but the core TV menu being this slow on a brand new £600 TV is, in my opinion, unacceptable. My 15‑year‑old Samsung TV operates many times faster than this supposedly modern LG model, and friends with similarly priced alternative brands like Hisense are not experiencing these kinds of delays. I have not changed any special settings or made any complex adjustments, so the TV is essentially running as sold, yet it still behaves this way. I have not yet contacted Argos or LG customer service directly, but I have checked online and found that many other users report similar issues with slow performance and poor black levels on LG NanoCell models, which makes me even more frustrated that I chose this TV. I still have my original Argos receipt and can provide it, along with the TV’s serial number if needed. I am requesting that my TV be checked by an authorised technical service to see whether there is a fault or any software or configuration issue that can be resolved to significantly improve the menu responsiveness. Given that this problem has been present since day one and is severely impacting my user experience, I would like Argos and/or LG to take this complaint seriously and help ensure that the TV operates at a speed and quality appropriate for a relatively new and expensive product.
