My LG 65NANO811T6A TV Shows Black Patches on Startup
I bought the LG 65NANO811T6A TV just two months ago with high expectations. From day one, I noticed an issue that continues to ruin the viewing experience: when the TV powers on, black patches appear on the screen. It looks like a panel defect, and it’s both distracting and disappointing—especially for a brand-new television.
When I contacted LG’s authorized service, they brushed it off, saying, “All Nano series TVs are like this.” That answer is unacceptable. If this is considered “normal,” then there's clearly something wrong with the entire product line. A premium television should not show signs of screen failure from the very beginning.
LG, I’m not asking for an explanation—I’m asking for a solution. I want the product exchanged or repaired properly. You promote your brand as high-quality and reliable, so stand behind your claims. Stop dismissing customer complaints as “normal” and deliver the service we paid for.
