My LG NANOCELL 65NANO81T6A TV Runs Slow and Has Backlight Bleed After 9 Days


I purchased the LG NANOCELL 65NANO81T6A model TV just 9 days ago, trusting the LG brand and its reputation for quality. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but disappointing. Despite being a brand-new device, the system operates sluggishly—as if it's a refurbished unit. Navigating menus and apps is noticeably slow, which is unacceptable for a premium TV.
The black levels are an even bigger issue. The backlight bleed is clearly visible, especially on dark screens, ruining the viewing experience. It’s not a minor flaw—it’s glaring. I contacted LG’s authorized service immediately, expecting quick and professional support, but I received no meaningful resolution despite how obvious the problem is.
