Unsolved LG Washer Noise Issue
Hello,
I own an LG washer-dryer with the model number F4V5RGP2T, a 10.5 / 7 kg device, which has required service intervention 6-7 times due to the same recurring issue since the day of purchase. Unfortunately, none of these service visits has yielded a positive result. Now, I find myself asking the same question I've posed to both LG customer service and the service team: "What will happen if the problem persists beyond the device's warranty period?" The warranty for the device expired just 10 days ago, and the device's shock absorber was replaced 20 days ago due to excessive noise during operation. This marks the second time the shock absorber has been replaced, yet the problem has persisted unchanged for two years. I purchased two units of this product, and the other one is trouble-free. I have repeatedly suggested to both the service team and LG customer service that the product may be inherently defective, but I've received the astonishing response that the noise is attributed to the model itself. Despite the best efforts of the authorized service, the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this ongoing grievance. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I may have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I eagerly await your positive feedback and wish you success in resolving this matter promptly.
