I purchased item number 11471454377 from the seller named Levis via Trendyol. The product arrived on August 4, 2026. Upon inspecting the item in detail on August 6, 2026, I noticed severe stitching defects, with certain sections clearly resewn in a sloppy manner after production. Receiving an item in this condition—which is supposed to be brand new and flawless—is completely unacceptable.

Receiving a product like this from a brand like Levi's has thoroughly shattered my trust in both the brand and the e-commerce platform. Sending an item that gives the impression of being used or altered under the guise of a brand-new product is a clear sign of disrespect toward the consumer. I have no intention of using this item, and I consider it explicitly defective merchandise.
