OmeTV Ban Not Removed After PayPal Payment

I use OmeTV on my iPhone and my account was banned. On 29/07/2026 I paid 55,61 via card through PayPal on the OmeTV ban screen to remove the ban, following the instructions shown there. Even after the payment, my account remains banned and I still see the ban message when I try to use the service. I attached a screenshot of the ban screen that shows the situation. I kindly request that my OmeTV account be immediately unbanned as I have already paid to remove the ban, or that you provide a clear solution so I can use the service again.
