Lenovo's Defective V14 G2-ALC Laptop Sales and Appalling Post-Sales Support

One year ago, I purchased a V14 G2-ALC Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 82KC Laptop, and its motherboard burnt out within only 50 hours of use. The service center conducted the necessary repairs, but they delivered a constantly malfunctioning computer. I returned it to the service center, requesting a replacement with an equivalent product. It has been over 1.5 months, and I still haven't received any response. The service center explicitly states that, in the current inflationary environment, they prefer to refund based on the Turkish Lira price we paid for the laptop instead of providing a replacement. Lenovo has sold me a faulty product and their post-sales processes seem designed to legally exploit people rather than provide genuine support. Anyone with common sense should steer clear of Lenovo or pray not to encounter even the slightest problem when dealing with them.
