Lenovo Shoddy Service Leaves Me Warranty Voided
As part of the warranty, I recently sent my Lenovo laptop to BHS Informatics, an authorized Lenovo service provider, through Vatan Computers. I only use it as a second device at home. Even though Vatan Computers couldn't see any damage, BHS Informatics said that the laptop's case was out of alignment because of user error, so it wasn't covered by the warranty. Their actions go against both Vatan Computers' and Lenovo's rules, which hurts the whole idea of a warranty. I am very upset with BHS Informatics because they don't act like Vatan Computers or Lenovo, which are known for their high quality. I want Lenovo to either fix the laptop for free or give me a new one. This is a very frustrating and disheartening situation.

When I delivered the product to Vatan Bilgisayar, they said there were no visual issues with the device, but Lenovo claims the device is bent, only considering their own service's information. While delivering the product to Vatan Bilgisayar, there were no visual issues, but when it went to the service, there were visual issues, and Lenovo is telling me that I need to resolve the issue, which I don't know at what stage it occurred. The representative who called keeps repeating the same things. Is the end user responsible for what happens to a guaranteed product during transport? Additionally, the device was delivered in its own box in a protected manner.
