Lenovo Legion 5 Laptop Fan Cleaning Dissatisfaction
I sent my Lenovo Legion 5 device to BDH® Lenovo service under warranty, requesting a fan cleaning. Contacting Lenovo Premium Care, I asked not to format my device, and if such a decision was made, I requested the technician to contact me. It seems that the technician returned my device without any processing. I am surprised at the need for formatting to clean the fan on a FreeDOS device. As an engineer, I have never seen formatting for fan cleaning before. Throughout this process, I was without my computer for a week. I want to express my dissatisfaction with this service experience from Lenovo and its support. In our family company, we will now consider alternative options for business computers.
