Lenovo Ideapad Flex5 Freezing and Performance Issues After Just 2 Months

I purchased the Lenovo Ideapad Flex5 only two months ago, and I’ve already encountered several frustrating issues. Within the first week, the laptop began freezing, and while the mouse would move, clicks wouldn’t register. The fan occasionally runs at full speed without reason, and the device shuts down and restarts on its own.
I primarily use the laptop for simple tasks like office programs and browsing, yet these problems persist, making it extremely unreliable. After 20 years of using computers, this is the worst performance I’ve experienced—even worse than my very first PC. I’m extremely dissatisfied and expect Lenovo to resolve this issue immediately by providing a replacement or repair. This level of quality is unacceptable for a new product.
