Lenovo Thinkbook Laptop Customer Service: Rude, Apathetic, Incompetent.

On 14.04.2023 I bought a Lenovo Thinkbook laptop from Hepsiburada. The product arrived the next day; however, the warranty start date was not the date of my purchase, but the date it entered the supplier's stock. Upon the supplier's instructions, I tried to update the warranty start according to my purchase date on Lenovo's Turkish official site, but I could not. Because the website is probably falsely translated, and not user-friendly, or intuitive. Then I contacted Lenovo Türkiye customer service. Since they did not translate the voice menu properly, I entered the wrong menu and I found that out after giving all my personal information. My wasted time means nothing to the company of course, but I went on struggling. I did not give up and called again. This time, the customer representative said that he couldn't hear me and hung up in a flash, without even letting me react. I thought "Things like that happen." and called again. This time I entered the correct menu. I explained the situation to the new representative. She said "We don't do that. You can do it from the 'Warranty Upgrade' menu on the website." I tried to explain that their a person from their team and the supplier directed me, that I had been waiting in line for the phone call for about 25 minutes for this process and that I wanted a warranty "update", not a warranty upgrade. However, she continued to attempt to cut off the communication and spoke in a manner that she was trying to get rid of me. The attitude was extremely rude, indifferent, and incompetent. If you can't manage to design or translate a decent company website although it is the 4th best-selling laptop brand in the world; at least teach your customer representatives a couple of sentences that would last 5 seconds like "There is this option under that menu, and you can do that on there." so we, the customers, can get done with it without an adrenaline rush. The relevant call happened on 17.04.2023 at 13:43.
