Lenovo Service Has Not Delivered the Product for 20 Days


Despite being a corporate customer and using thousands of Lenovo products (laptop, monitor, AIO, PC), they have failed to send a charger to Ankara for 15 days. No calls, no inquiries. The support ticket is still open, and we can't comprehend this level of service. For those curious, I reached out to IBM everywhere I could. Thanks to @Ala_LenovoAdministrator, a Lenovo representative finally called after 15 days, inquired about the situation and promised to take care of it. On January 12, 2024, we received a message that it was sent through cargo again. We waited on Friday and Saturday, but nothing arrived. We insisted on a tracking number, but they didn't provide it. On Monday, today, we waited again, but nothing arrived. I went to Yurtiçi Kargo to check if there was a package under my name or address; there was none. I informed the responsible person who called me, and they said they would check. We keep receiving phantom cargo emails without a tracking number. No tracking number, no courier company, and no one calling or inquiring. Thanks, Lenovo, for giving us a perfect service experience.
