There are issues with the battery of my Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 16AIH7 model laptop, which I purchased in Turkey on August 31, 2023. Despite multiple contacts with the authorized service and numerous attempts to explain the problem, they consistently claimed that this was normal. However, I later discovered that there were hundreds of similar complaints on skikayetvar.com. It appears that the company, Lenovo, is neglecting these issues. Here's my problem: Even after charging it for 8 to 10 hours and using the gaming laptop solely for video playback, the battery's life does not exceed 2.5 hours. Considering I bought it for gaming, it won't even last an hour during gameplay. The service worker advised me to "install the Lenovo Vantage application and update everything on the computer." I've attached screenshots from the Vantage application. While it shows the battery's condition as good, the charging capacity of the battery, originally 71Wh, has already dropped to 41Wh in just 12 cycles. Is it normal for the capacity to halve in just 12 charging cycles? The Vantage app indicates that the battery's capacity to hold a charge will decrease over time, but not at such a rapid rate, right? I believe the batteries in this series are defective, and I request Lenovo to address this issue by providing a trouble-free replacement battery compatible with my laptop. I don't have the time for legal battles, but I will share my experience with everyone I know, warning them to steer clear of this brand. I believe this approach will be more effective than going to court. I want Lenovo to acknowledge that I am a victim in this situation, as I am not an uninformed user but a computer technician, and it is impossible for me to accept these battery issues. I urge Lenovo to take the necessary actions to resolve this matter.

I wanted to include the latest status I obtained with the powercfg /batteryreport commands in Windows. It is the clearest picture of how the battery's charge holding capacity has deteriorated over the past few days.

Lenovo service contacted me to send the laptop for inspection. After that ı will see what they will decide to do and let it be known here as well.
