Lefties Order Not Shipped or Cancelled

I placed an order for 7 pieces on the Lefties website about a week ago from Antalya, Konyaaltı, and my order number is 90067000547. I paid a total of 6,676₺ for this order. Despite the time that has passed, my order has not been shipped, and I have not received any clear information about when it will be dispatched. I contacted Lefties customer service and was informed that they cannot cancel the order and that they will send it “one day” in the future, without providing a specific date or time frame. This situation is causing uncertainty and inconvenience, and I do not accept being kept waiting indefinitely for an order that has not even been shipped yet. I request the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of the total amount of 6,676₺ that I paid. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for written confirmation once the cancellation and refund have been processed.
