Lefties Online Order Still Missing After Promised Delivery Date Passed

On July 28, I placed an order through Lefties’ online store for two items: a relaxed-fit textured sweatshirt (Ref. 1052/507, size M, light gray) and a SPRAY-ON skinny jean (Ref. 1402/550, size 42, sky blue). The total amount was $13, and my order number is 90068920894. When placing the order, the estimated delivery date was listed as August 5. However, as of today, the products still haven’t arrived at the store, and the order status in the system still shows “confirmed, on the way.”

I contacted customer service and also visited the store I selected for pickup, but the staff told me that the items had not yet arrived. Since there are no other communication channels available, I have been unable to make any progress on resolving this issue.

I urgently request that my items be delivered as soon as possible. If that’s not possible, I am willing to accept a full refund for my order. This is my first time shopping with Lefties, and I sincerely hope that this delivery delay is resolved quickly and does not discourage future customers.
