I Face Product Pickup Issue with Lefties Store Due to Staff Negligence

I ordered a product from Lefties online and selected in-store pickup. I was notified that the item had been delivered to the store, so I went to pick it up. But when I arrived, the staff insisted the product wasn’t in stock. I visited the store three separate times, each time speaking to a different employee, and none of them took the time to actually check the stockroom.
The level of service was shockingly poor. It felt like they just wanted me to give up and leave. On my third visit, I ended up spotting the item myself on the shelf, meaning it had been in-store all along — they simply never bothered to check properly or scan it in.
This is unacceptable for a brand like Lefties. I expect staff to actually look into customer concerns, especially when a product has been confirmed as delivered. I demand better training for store personnel and a formal apology. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own orders in-store.
