Lee Jeans Unsatisfactory Customer Service Problem

4I purchased a pair of pants from the Lee & Wrangler store in Mall Of AVM. After 6-7 months, the back pocket tore. The product was sent for inspection, and it was deemed eligible for exchange. However, I was informed that I needed to purchase the same item with the same product code without any price difference; if I chose a different model, I would have to pay the price difference. I had previously bought the same product, but I expressed that I did not want to buy it again.
I am very dissatisfied with the post-sale customer service. I feel like my money has been wasted, as I ended up buying the same product twice. I want my issue to be addressed and resolved. Thank you.
