Lee Cooper Dropped Prices Drastically 20 Days After My Purchase

62

About 20 days ago, I purchased three sweaters and one jacket from your Lee Cooper store at Gebze Center. At the time of purchase, I paid $56 USD for each sweater and $116 USD for the jacket. My payment records can be found in your system via my phone number or in my bank statements. One of the sweaters I purchased has the product code 261 LCM 241022 Adriel Anthracite.

When I checked today, I saw that the sweater I purchased is now priced at $23 USD, and the jacket has dropped to $58 USD. The fact that such a significant price difference has occurred in only about 20 days has caused me considerable dissatisfaction as a consumer.

Even if the products still have their tags attached, such a sharp price reduction in such a short period is not fair in terms of shopping timing. Taking your brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction into consideration, I request that the price difference be refunded to me or issued as a store gift card that I can use at your store.

I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved and that I receive a prompt response regarding this matter.
