I Still Haven’t Received My Lee Cooper Refund After Returning My Jacket

I returned a jacket that I purchased from the Lee Cooper online store under order number 5666****58** on the 17th of the month. According to the shipping tracking information, the returned item was successfully delivered to the company. However, despite approximately one week having passed since the product was received, I have not yet received any refund.
I contacted customer service regarding the issue and was informed that my refund would be processed. Nevertheless, the payment of $76 has still not been credited back to my Ziraat Bank card. Even though the company has received the returned product and confirmed that the refund process would move forward, the payment has not been completed, leaving me inconvenienced and frustrated.
I am requesting that my refund be processed immediately and that the amount of $76 be returned to the Ziraat Bank card used for the original purchase as soon as possible. I expect the company to complete the refund process without any further delays and provide confirmation once the payment has been issued.
