I Face Poor Customer Service After My Lee Cooper Jeans Failed Within Two Days

On February 5, 2026, I purchased a pair of Lee Cooper jeans from the Lee Cooper store located in Diyarbakır Ceylan Karavil Park Mall. After wearing the jeans for only two days, the fabric began to come apart in the inner thigh area. Because of this defect, I returned the product to the store, where I was informed that it would be sent for inspection.
However, despite approximately 50 days passing since I submitted the product, I received no information regarding the status of my claim. When I contacted the store myself, I was told that they had supposedly called me one month earlier. However, there is absolutely no record of such a call in my phone's call history. No clear information was provided about the inspection result, and I did not receive any meaningful follow-up regarding my product.
I am dissatisfied not only because the jeans became damaged after such a short period of normal use, but also because of the way the communication process was handled. I expect a clear explanation regarding the delay and lack of information. I also believe store employees should be reminded to communicate with customers more carefully, professionally, and respectfully. In addition, I expect an apology for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this experience.
