Lancôme Did Not Send My Gift!!

I just ordered something from Lancome Turkey and just expecting it so eagerly! But, to my bummer, the gift wasn't in my delivery. So, I was browsing the internet and found out that Lancome Turkey has been messing up gift deliveries for a lot of people, this is a pretty big deal that Loreal needs to handle ASAP on a global scale, when chatted with Lancome Turkey's online support and they said they'd make sure my gift was delivered with my order.  Lancome, a huge cosmetics company, messed up so badly with their service. They need to look into this ongoing issue and figure out what's causing it so they can fix it, they might think of it as simple and minuscule, not so for the customers I say.
