From the official website of L'Oreal Türkiye Cosmetics, I received an email for the Lancome Beauty Box and, relying on their reliability, ordered two pieces. The invoice amount is 11,800 ₺, the order date was December 10, 2023 (registered in ETBİS), and the package was delivered to my workplace, a bank branch. Before the courier left the branch, some friends and I curiously opened the box and found that one of the products was missing. We tried calling the registered number ****02119855 several times, but without success, as we always received the response "Your call cannot be completed." It was a stressful time, both because we couldn't reach anyone and when we finally did. We explained our situation, but so far, there has been no solution. We pointed out that the missing product, valued at 5,900 ₺, is in the monitored premises of the bank, and we can provide evidence with witnesses. However, no solution has been found to date. I deeply regret purchasing products from such a reputable company as L'Oreal and now request that my complaint be heard and my inconvenience be addressed.
