On 19.01.2024, I purchased L003 Neo shoes from www.lacoste.com.tr, and they started to come apart at the seams. I sent them for inspection, and they concluded with a refund decision. However, I don't want a refund because the current price of the shoes is approximately ₺2500 higher. This is clearly a disservice to the consumer. When I contacted customer service, they said only refunds are possible for online purchases. Yet, I had bought from the company's own website for trustworthiness, but now I regret it. I also sent an email to Lacoste GM simultaneously. This behavior undermines customer trust. Ultimately, I am the one left disadvantaged by the company's faulty product.
