Lacoste White T-Shirt Logo Stained After First Wash – Warranty Denied

I purchased a white t-shirt from the Lacoste store at Mall of İstanbul, but after the very first wash, the dye from the logo bled onto the surrounding fabric. I contacted the company for a resolution, but they dismissed it as "user error" and refused to process a return or exchange.
If the stain were elsewhere, like the back or hem, I might understand their reasoning, but the discoloration is clearly localized around the logo and nowhere else. Despite explaining this, Lacoste refuses to take responsibility. I’ve seen hundreds of similar complaints about dye bleeding issues on consumer forums, yet Lacoste seems indifferent. I demand an immediate resolution or I’ll escalate the matter further.

My problem is solved, thank you.
