I bought a Loose Fit t-shirt at the Lacoste store in Paris-Opera. After I tried it on and took off the tag, I put it in my suitcase and saw that it started to shed. I went back to the store right away to exchange it, but the staff said there was nothing wrong with the fabric and wouldn't let me. I had to leave without a plan because I had to get to the airport quickly. I've always been a loyal customer of Lacoste, and I've never had any problems in Turkey. I'm very upset about what happened. I want a solution to my problem, and I hope that Lacoste will fix their customers' problems by having better quality control and customer service.
