Defective Lacoste Shirt Exchange Problem

I bought a Lacoste shirt from the Istanbul Mall Of Istanbul store, wore it just three times, and discovered a hole. When I requested an exchange, the store responded negatively, refusing to accept the return. This is unacceptable! I'm demanding an immediate replacement with the same item. If not, I'll be forced to escalate the matter to the prosecutor's office and the Consumer Arbitration Board for a fair exchange.
