Lacoste Polo Shirt Turns White After Gentle Stain Removal

On February 10, 2024, I bought a green Lacoste polo shirt from Fashfed for ₺3,112.00 (order number 25236051949125952). During the summer, when wearing the shirt for the second time, I noticed a minor ink stain from a pen used at work. As I had done previously, I attempted to remove the discoloration by gently rubbing it with detergent with my fingertips. The stain was removed promptly, but after drying, I noticed that the area where the stain was had gone white.
Because the product label made no mention of hand-washing restrictions, I opted to take it to the dry cleaner. However, the dry cleaner informed me that the cloth had been "bleached" and that this was a typical problem with particular items, with no cure.
I contacted the dealer to explain the matter and was given a return code to begin the return procedure. A week later, on May 31, 2024, I called the company to inquire about the status of the return and was informed that the review was still ongoing and that I would be contacted shortly. However, to my astonishment, the merchandise had already been returned to me without explanation or communication.
Dear Valued Customer, We would like to express our regret for the negative experience you have had. A thorough investigation will be conducted regarding the notification you have provided, and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, LACOSTE Customer Service

You provided a return code to review the product again. Then, without even responding, you returned it again. Moreover, you put it in a bag as if throwing it away. I was sending the returns to you folded just like you sent them. Did you give the review code just to appear nice on complaint platforms? You don't even explain what we did wrong. I want you to know that I will be seeking my rights.
