Poor Service Experience at Lacoste Store in Ankara Cepa Mall
On July 9, 2024, around 5:30 PM, I visited the Lacoste store in Ankara Cepa Mall. After entering the store, I was neither greeted nor assisted by any staff for 10 minutes. When I asked for a size to try on a product, it was practically thrown in front of me without any response. After trying it on, I requested a larger size. I was told to wait as it would come from the warehouse. I waited for almost half an hour in the store without any attention from the staff. After half an hour, I received an absurd and mocking response that the product was not in the warehouse due to a stock error and that I should not wait! The quality of a brand is not just about its products. Working with such unprofessional and careless sales representatives has made me lose interest in a brand I have shopped at for years! From now on, I will neither purchase any Lacoste products nor recommend them to others. I will also share my experience with everyone I know!
